HOëRSKOOL STELLENBERG GOLFDAG TE DURBANVILLE GOLF KLUB, DONDERDAG 15 SEPTEMBER 2011
In line with our existing fundraising approach, we will hosting our annual golf day to the business community as well as to the parents and learners of the Stellenberg High School.
In order for this fundraising golf day to succeed, we require sponsorship for: Tee’s and Green’s, Short Holes and golfer prizes. Ons het dus u ondersteuning nodig om van hierdie golfdag ‘n sukses te maak. U bydrae in die vorm van spelers of ‘n borg sal die dag ‘n sukses maak.
• R2000 for Tee’s 1 & 10
• R1500 for all other Tee’s
• R2000 for Green’s 9 & 18
• R1000 for all other Green’s
• R2500 for practice green
• Any prices welcome i.e. Golf Shirts, Hats, Golf Balls, Sport Bags, Towels,
Wine, Whisky, Brandy etc. (With company branding if preferred).
• If you know of additional golfers that would like to participate please
contact us on numbers below.
• Our goal is to get 130 players to play and enjoy the day.
The format of the competition is a 4 Ball Better Ball with preferred drives on certain holes. Non handicap player will play of a 24 handicap.
We invite you and your friends and/or company to be involved in this event. It will create an excellent exposure to your company goods and services as well as a networking opportunity.

Dear Sir / Madam
You are cordially invited to attend the annual Stellenberg High School Rugby Supporters Group golf day, which will be held at the Durbanville GC on 15 September 2011. Please reply to franz@holm.co.za with details of your sponsorship and or players.
Tee off times: 11h30 from both tees, at 7-minute intervals. (Players to be on tees 10 minutes before tee off). Please indicate your preferred tee off time, however we cannot guarantee this time. The names (or sponsor of four ball) of the golfers need to be forwarded to the above address not later than 6 September 2011.
Green Fees ( Format - 4BBB) R1600 per four ball. If you want an invoice please contact Franz Holm
Sponsors: All sponsors must report to the marshal on duty on arrival to inquire on local conditions, accessibility to certain areas. All vehicles must utilize the gravel service roads on the course to get to their particular tee box or green. All advertising must be removed at the end of play.
Prizes: Prize giving will start at 18h45. Lots of fantastic prizes to be won, including longest drive, nearest to the pin, most golf and best dressed four ball.
Catering: Supper will start after prize giving in clubhouse. A cash bar will be available.
